What Should I Know Before Coming to Class?

You should know your limits.  If you are pregnant or have a health condition such as high or low blood pressure, any body issues such as injuries or chronic pain, please notify your instructor before class.  In most cases modifications to postures can be provided, but sometimes it may be necessary just to skip a posture.  In yoga we say "No pain, No pain".
