IIn an effort to perform seva (volunteer work) and to create wellness in our community and provide everybody with an opportunity to experience the benefits of mindful movement and meditation, we offer a variety of donation-based classes.
Each month we highlight a local charity or cause and donate all funds collected to them. In the past we have collected donations for PATH, Lily's Place, Huntington Area Food Bank, Huntington City Mission, Cabell Wayne Animal Shelter, One-by-One Animal Advocates, Golden Girls, Gro, Veterans Yoga Project, Autism Services, Huntington in Bloom, and many more.

Once again we teamed up with Marshall MEdical Outreach to contribute to the health and wellness of Huntington's homeless population. Twenty-four women from various shelters were invited for a day of free mammograms, haircuts, manicures, lunches, chair massages and we provided relaxing and restorative Yoga. Through our community classes we raised enough money to provide each participant with a goodie bag including a gift certificate to River and Rail Bakery, tampons, toothbrushes, razors, nailcare and haircare products, nutritional supplements and snacks.
Through donations at our community classes we were able to purchase birdhouses for each of the children at St John's House after school enrichment program. The children were able to paint their house and hang it in the neighborhood as a reminder that they are part of the community. We were also able to provide the children with a fun yet relaxing yoga class. Through the Go Give Yoga training we hosted, the children at St John's House will now be able to participate in a yoga and mindfullness class at least once a month.
