For Athletic Crosstraining: Looking to gain flexibility and muscle balance? Many of our classes focus
on restoring flexibility and range of motion lost by injury or repetitive motion (such as running, cycling, swimming or walking) and creating muscle balance to prevent future injuries and increase
flexibility and stamina. Working one on one with one of our professionals can improve athletic performance by imporoving focus,
increasing lung capacity and stamina and improving blood flow and hydration to muscles and tissues. Our instructors are fully credentialed and bring utmost professionalism to provide you with a path
to meet your goals.
For Pelvic Floor Dysfunction or Prolapse: Brittany Hagy, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Physical
Therapist and Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor specializes in helping individuals manage and minimize the impacts of pelvic floor dysfunction whether due to post-natal issues, menopause, aging
or sports-related issues through the use of customized exercises using Pilates equipment.
For Pre-hab or Post-Rehab: If you'd like to prepare your body for a scheduled upcoming
surgery to minimize the impacts of down-time and expedite your recovery time, our professionals can help you work with improving strength and mobility in targeted areas. If you're post-surgery and PT
we can help you learn to move in functional safe patterns, build strength and reduce the impacts of scar tissue on the body.
For Stress Reduction: Learn various breathing and meditation techniques,
releasing stress from the body through stretching and lettting go.
For Beginners: Not yet comfortable joining a group class? We can help you get there. Choose your anatomical and energetic focus and we can show you how to get started with basic breathing techniques and exercises.
