Looking to build strength, stamina and endurance, lose weight, just burn off some excess energy or just feel better in your body? Our fitness classes are an excellent choice. Using a variety of kettlebell weights, resistance bands, fitness balls and body weight we guide you through a thorough workout to build up some heat, increase heart rate and develop strength and mobility throughout the body. All fitness levels and experience levels are welcome. We offer lots of modifications weather you're just getting started or wanting to kick it up a knotch.
