Pilates
Pilates is a series of controlled movements that engage both the body and the mind. Pilates utilzes specifically designed exercises performed on a mat in either a seated or reclined position.
The primary focus of Pilates is to bring awareness to the spine through proper breathing to develop core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body, which is stong and supple, flat abdominals, balanced legs and a strong back.
